Shipping policy

  1. What are the delivery times? Between 4-8 business days from despatch, depending on where your item is being shipped. To rural areas, shipping can take up to 20 business days.

  2. What process do we use for providing shipping information?
    Once you've made your purchase, a confirmation is sent to your email address.
    Once the goods are despatched, you will receive an email with the shipping details and tracking number.

  3. When do we despatch?  Within 48 business hours of order payment receipt.
